Place thumb on front centre of pack immediately below the lip of the lid. Press down firmly. Flip lid upwards. Break of around 45cm of floss. Wind around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving 8cm in between. Gently guide the floss between your teeth and run carefully up and down - to just below the gum line. Use a clean section of floss each time.
